Dividend payments can be paid in cash but only up to the amount of One Hundred Thousand Riyals QR 100,000. In excess of this amount, credit to a bank account is strictly advised. 3. Documentation Requirements:
Kindly be ready with the following documents when you come and visit Commercialbank Dividend Collection Centers:
Shareholder to visit for his own dividend payment only
Shareholder to visit for his own and his minors’ payment
- Your valid ID copy
- Your minors’ Birth Certificate or ID copy
Shareholder to send a messenger for his own only or with his minors’ dividend payment
- Valid ID copy of your messenger
- Original copy of the Dividend Credit Authority Letter
- Your valid ID copy and your minors’ (if included in the authority letter)
In the case of a deceased shareholder
- Original/valid Power of Attorney
For Corporate Shareholders (No cash dividend payments will be entertained)
- Original copy of the Dividend Credit Authority Letter
