OUTSTANDING DIVIDENDS: Shareholders who have not claimed their 2003 dividends should go to the Shareholders’ Unit, Qatar National Bank, Main Branch, Al-Corniche, with their ID. After informing the Shareholders’ Unit, a new cheque will be issued after 1 working day.

2. Collection Instructions:
Bank Transfer: QNB account holders can have their dividends transferred directly to their account, by calling the Shareholders’ Unit on (974) 440-7601 and providing their QNB account number and ID number.
Dividend Cheques: Other than those opting for a Bank Transfer as above, shareholders will receive a registered mail receipt from Q-Post. This receipt should be taken to the Q-Post Main Branch in order to claim the dividend cheque.
Shareholders who have lost their registered mail receipt can go to Q-Post with their ID and P.O. Box number, and request a further copy.
Shareholders should only go to the Shareholders’ Unit, Qatar National Bank if they wish a bank transfer or their dividend cheque is stale-dated.
